- Brownies should be enjoyed within 7 days. Most people laugh at this, as our brownies rarely go uneaten longer than a few hours.
- If need be, our brownies freeze great for up to 3 months. Here is a little secret, eat one frozen right out the freezer.
- Have yourself a Steinschlag (pronounced stein-shh-log). What is a Steinschlag you ask? Coined by a local Philly ice cream shop, it is a warm brownie, topped with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge.
